EdgeO'Town Mobile Home Community was founded in 1963 and still owned by the same family. Our family has roots in East Tennessee. We take pride in our community.
We are passionate about helping others and growing our local economy. Our goal is to go above and beyond, to make our community stand out from all the rest. We lead by example, showing what a 55+ retirement manufactured housing community should be.

All Applications are done by appointment only.
Call 865-982-2811, email Regina (regina@edgeotownmhc.com) or fill out our contact form to setup an appointment.
Prior to the application appointment, all applicants must complete a credit and background screening. We require at least a 650 on the applicant (s) credit score to be approved by the community. No bankruptcies, no criminal background. If someone else is purchasing the home, you must be able to stand on your own credit to be approved by the community.
If you are purchasing a home from a resident in our community, you must be pre-approved by the management before purchasing the home. Any attempt to occupy the home prior to approval will be considered trespassing on private property. Our community is a land-leasing community. Land leases start at $400 per month for a single-wide lot.
